SOURDOUGH

The Staple Store organic sourdough loaf is made over three days, from the 12 hour levain, to gently mixing and shaping over the day before being baked the following morning. We also bake a Staple bloomer and Staple rolls throughout the week. We use a mix of flours from Shipton Mill, Heritage Grains from Mike Pinard & Cornish Grains.
